A scheduled phone session to help you activate or restore satellite radio on a compatible radio. This page is for activation help — not for buying a monthly music plan from us.

We are an independent support desk. We do not claim to be SiriusXM or any other satellite radio brand. Unauthorized “lifetime” or “free forever” plans are not sold here.
What you need
- A satellite-radio-capable radio (factory or aftermarket)
- The Radio ID / ESN printed in the radio menu or on a sticker
- A U.S. billing address if the provider requires one
- A credit card for the provider if you start a paid plan
How the call works
- You send the form or call 1(833) 592-2686.
- We invoice $29.95 for the support session.
- On the call we locate the Radio ID with you and complete the provider’s activation steps.
- If hardware is missing (antenna, tuner), we quote a kit from this site first — we do not hide that cost.
